IMPORTANT FREIGHT SHIPPING DAMAGE INFORMATION

Please read this carefully, freight carriers have done often gone to great lengths to hide evidence of negligence. Freight Shipping Damage for small items like bumpers is very common, we package each bumper in a custom made crate to protect it from shipping damage. However, some bumpers consistently arrive with scratches and other damage from mishandling. It is very important that on arrival the customer does not accept any deliveries without noting all damage to the product. This means inspecting the metal areas, the tire carrier, and all surfaces for missing components, scratches, bends and evidence of mishandling. Once you sign the acceptance of the product without noting damage the carrier makes it virtually impossible for us to make a claim and recover compensation for damaged merchandise. Which also means we may be unable to reimburse you for shipping damage.
