Flat-Rate Shipping ships to the nearest freight terminal located nearest to the shipping address you provide. If you're not familiar with freight shipping contact us and we will explain better how it works. If you would prefer to have the engine shipped to another location, contact us immediately after placing your order at orders@goodkarrma.com with the details of the location. We will provide you with a quote for the difference in freight cost. Additional services such as Residential Addresses, Restricted Access Locations, Liftgate Service, or Appointment Services will all require additional fees, and if not prepaid the carrier will charge you for them before allowing delivery. These are not our policies, they are standard freight shipping T&C which we all must comply with. If you wish to schedule your own LTL shipping we will provide you dimensions and refund you your flat-rate shipping fee.

IMPORTANT FREIGHT SHIPPING DAMAGE INFORMATION

Do not accept any shipments without noting all damage to the crate, engine or other merchandise. Carriers often will attempt to repair the crate to hide evidence of negligence. If you see damage or evidence of hidden damage do not accept delivery without noting all damage and receiving receipt from the carrier. Once delivery is accepted we have few options available to receive recompense from the carrier and reimburse you for damaged product.
